About Us

Since 2014 Cartwright Nor Cal, Inc. has provided civil engineering and project management services to public agencies, private development, and the construction industry. 

Our civil engineering services include site design, public utilities design, drainage and grading design, stormwater quality, QSD/SWPPP and construction management services. 

 Our ownership approach to our projects, along with a commitment to responsiveness, has allowed us to develop and maintain long-term working relationships with numerous local jurisdictions, developers, architects and contractors.
